Evidence-informed wellbeing support to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. One-on-one sessions online, workshops face to face, and psychosocial recovery coaching for NDIS participants.
My work is centred on supporting people to feel more confident, understood, and connected to themselves. I migrated to Australia permanently in 2017 and, like many of the people I now support, I navigated the real challenges of building a new life in a new country, finding my footing, adapting to a different culture, and discovering my own resilience along the way. That lived experience shapes everything I do.
My professional journey has taken me through settlement services, disability support, employment services, community mental health, and wellbeing program delivery, giving me the privilege of walking alongside people from many different backgrounds, including migrants, refugees, and individuals navigating some of life's most challenging chapters.
These experiences have taught me that wellbeing is deeply personal, but it is also shaped by the world around us, our culture, family, relationships, work, and the support we have access to. Through MindTune Collective, I bring together my knowledge, lived experience, and professional practice to offer support that feels practical, human, and meaningful.
Please note: Services offered through MindTune Collective are not Medicare-funded.
Every session is a confidential space where you can show up as you are, no pressure, no judgement, just genuine support at your own pace.
We work together at your pace. You are the expert on your own life, my role is to walk alongside you and help you access your own strengths.
Grounded in psychological science and social work practice, every approach is thoughtful, practical, and tailored to what works for you.
A private, personalised space designed entirely around you. Together we explore what's weighing on you, build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and work toward the life you want to create, at your own pace, without judgement.
Sessions are held securely online, making quality wellbeing support accessible no matter where you are in Queensland.
Book Your SessionAll workshops are delivered face to face and are open to everyone. They can be booked by individuals, community organisations, workplaces, and NDIS participants, and are also available to employment service providers as non-vocational activities supporting participant wellbeing, confidence, and engagement.

This hands-on one day workshop is for anyone whose stress, low mood, or emotional overwhelm has made daily routines harder to keep up with. You will learn simple nutrition and meal planning skills, prepare budget friendly meals, and build easy morning routines that support steadier energy and focus, all in a culturally inclusive and trauma informed space.
Life changes can leave you feeling unsteady, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. This one day workshop meets you in that place. We provide one-to-one psychosocial recovery coaching for NDIS participants living with mental health related disability, available online via video call anywhere, or face to face in your own home for participants based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Coaching is a Capacity Building support focused on understanding your recovery goals, building practical strategies, and getting the most from your plan, at a pace that's right for you.
Recovery coaching is delivered online via secure video call for participants anywhere, or face to face in your own home for participants based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast. A travel cost applies for home visits, and these are arranged directly with Lorena rather than booked online — please get in touch to discuss.
MindTune Collective is not a registered NDIS provider, which means we can work with participants whose plans are self-managed or plan-managed. If your plan is NDIA-managed, unfortunately we are not able to invoice through the NDIA, though you are very welcome to get in touch about private sessions or workshops.
One to one coaching for people living with mental health related disability. We work on recognising the early signs that things are becoming difficult, managing stress and overwhelm, and building strategies that help you feel steadier day to day, all at a pace that suits you.
Recovery coaching to build the practical skills and confidence that support greater independence. This might be planning and organising your week, establishing routines that stick, working through decisions, or problem-solving the things that feel hardest to move forward on.
Recovery doesn't happen in isolation. We work alongside you, and where helpful your family, carers, or treating mental health professionals, to keep your recovery goals connected to the everyday people and supports around you.
Coaching can be delivered in languages other than English, including Spanish and Portuguese. Tell us your preferred language when you enquire and we will do our best to match you with a recovery coach who speaks it. Feeling properly understood makes a real difference to how coaching works, and that should not depend on your first language.
Not sure whether this is the right fit, or want to talk through your plan first? Send an enquiry and we can work it out together, no pressure either way.
